Taj Santacruz Hotel - Mumbai

This place is great, and has excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic outdoor swimming pool. I remember during my first stay, the staff helped me with a room issue late at night. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality.

Above average breakfasts and the food was superb.

The location was convenient and unbeatable, the room was beautifully decorated. The hotel was set in an extra comfy area. The restaurant was very nice with international cuisine, we ordered delicious dishes. We had pastries and fresh fruit for breakfast...

The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The club lounge was a highlight, serving good food and drinks, and the breakfast spread at Tiqri was lavish and varied. I also enjoyed a soothing massage at the Jiva Spa and appreciated the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff.

Top-class staff and magical rooms, we had a really good experience. There was lots of food for breakfast, including pastries and fresh fruit. Comfy and best possible location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. The service was excellent with parking nearby.

Staying at taj santacruz was really good! My previous visit to mumbai couldn't compare to this experience. The spacious luxury room and attentive staff.
